Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Print-on-demand items (such as apparel, mugs, and other made-to-order products) may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Returns for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference are not accepted.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

  • Please contact us at shoemakers@shoemaker-art.work or use the contact form on our website to begin the return process.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (with photos if the item arrived damaged or defective).

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your return.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns for defective items are eligible for either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow [X business days] for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • For defective items valued over $20 (domestic orders only), we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For items valued under $20, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
