Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Print-on-demand items (such as apparel, mugs, and other made-to-order products) may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
Returns for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference are not accepted.
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at shoemakers@shoemaker-art.work or use the contact form on our website to begin the return process.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (with photos if the item arrived damaged or defective).
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your return.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved returns for defective items are eligible for either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow [X business days] for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
For defective items valued over $20 (domestic orders only), we will provide a prepaid return label.
For items valued under $20, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
